Guild Treasure Live Ops
1. Acceptance Of These Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Guild Treasure Live Ops, including the agency dashboard, creator workspace, desktop sync tool, activity reports, notifications, knowledge-base features, and Luna AI coaching. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, authorizing TikTok Login Kit, using the app, or using the website, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service Description
Guild Treasure Live Ops is a business operations SaaS platform for TikTok Live agencies, managers, agents, and creators. The service helps authorized users review live-operation records, creator activity, operational reports, role-based notifications, paid or permission-based knowledge content, and AI coaching suggestions.
3. Accounts, Roles, And Access Control
- Accounts are invitation-based or administrator-created.
- Each account is assigned a role, such as agency owner, manager, agent, or creator.
- Users may only access data that they are authorized to view for their assigned agency, team, or creator account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, invitation links, and devices secure.
4. TikTok Authorization
Some features require TikTok Login Kit authorization. Guild Treasure Live Ops only requests approved TikTok scopes and only uses authorized TikTok data for the features described in the app, such as profile linking, creator operations, live records, reports, and activity workflows. We do not collect TikTok passwords, private messages, contacts, or unauthorized TikTok data.
5. Desktop Sync Tool
The desktop sync tool is for authorized agency managers only. It may sync operational data that the manager can already access in TikTok Live Backstage. You must use the desktop sync tool in compliance with TikTok policies, applicable laws, your agency permissions, and these Terms.
6. Luna AI
Luna AI provides operational suggestions and coaching based on user prompts, user role, authorized operational context, activity information, creator reports, and approved knowledge-base content. Luna AI output is informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Users are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before applying them to business decisions.
7. Knowledge Base And Digital Content
Knowledge-base content may include text, images, videos, examples, training materials, and operational playbooks. Access may depend on account role, subscription tier, purchase status, agency plan, or administrator permission. Users may not redistribute protected content, publish it externally, scrape it, resell it, or share it outside authorized accounts.
8. Payments And Subscriptions
If paid subscriptions, digital content, or unlocks are offered inside an iOS app, those purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase when required by Apple rules. Separate enterprise onboarding or agency service agreements may be used only where permitted by applicable platform policies. Fees, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and refunds may be governed by the applicable store or agreement.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not access, sync, export, or disclose data for an agency or creator without authorization.
- Do not use the service to violate TikTok policies, platform rules, privacy laws, intellectual-property rights, or other applicable laws.
- Do not interfere with service security, bypass access controls, overload the service, reverse engineer restricted parts of the service, or use automated scraping without permission.
- Do not upload or submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, harmful, or abusive content.
10. Availability And Supported Markets
The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, platform changes, or third-party service interruptions. Guild Treasure Live Ops is not offered in mainland China or in any market where TikTok does not support the requested developer products. Features may differ by country, platform, role, subscription, and TikTok product availability.
11. Third-Party Services
Guild Treasure Live Ops may integrate with third-party services including TikTok, cloud hosting providers, databases, analytics, notification services, AI model providers, app stores, and knowledge-base tools. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that reports, sync results, activity data, AI output, rankings, notifications, or recommendations will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business decision. TikTok platform changes may affect feature availability.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Guild Treasure Live Ops and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, data delays, third-party integrations, or AI recommendations.
14. Suspension And Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, misuses data, violates platform rules, creates security risk, fails to pay required fees, or loses authorization from the relevant agency or creator account.
15. Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the app where appropriate. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
